Since Dr Raghavendra Gowda appointment as CMD in July 2008 Srii Balaji Group has successfully brought two mines into production, collectively reduced overhead and operating costs by almost half, and used internally generated funds to cut debt levels by a third, despite the sharply lower gold price. During this period overall safety trends have improved and the company has sharpened its focus on improving sustainable free cash flow and returns.

Harishree has been a Broadcast Journalist with a track record of two decades of outstanding accomplishments across Business & Political Journalism in India. She had set up Greenfield Ventures – India’s Top Three National mainstream News channels e.g. CNBC Mumbai, TIMES NOW Mumbai (including its Business Desk), and Doordarshan. She has extensively interviewed the Crème de la Creme of India including the Chairmen, CEOs of Business Houses, Corporate Honchos and Political Leaders, the likes of Mukesh Ambani, Kumar Mangalam Birla, L N Mittal, Rakesh Jhunjhunwala.
